Our team at Nutrition for Life will run this challenge for 2-weeks from within the Private Facebook group established exclusively for participants of this opportunity.
What will happen in this challenge?
- Help you understand the fundamentals to correct intermittent fasting (so much for you to learn here!)
- Hold you accountable to trying a range of Intermittent Fasting protocols, including daytime versus nighttime varieties
- Teach you about correct preparation before a fast
- Teach you how to appropriately break-the- fast
- Inspire you with low carb healthy fat recipes each day the challenge runs
- Provide you with an opportunity to ask your questions about fasting
- Encouraging you to complete our science-proven plan for continued weight loss success
- Make sure you work through the fasting guide you had purchased (get your money’s worth)
