- Hold you accountable to trying a range of Intermittent Fasting protocols, including daytime versus nighttime varieties
- Teach you about correct preparation before a fast commences and post- fast
- Motivate you with our mean plan to avoid any snacking
- Inspire you with low carb healthy fat recipes each day the challenge runs
- Teach you about fat, protein and carb portions for your weight management/ weight loss needs
- Help you reset your healthy eating habits
- Provide you with an opportunity to ask your questions about fasting
