 800 g pork belly
 1 tbsp tbsp extra olive oil
 salt

Dry pork belly skin with paper towel.

Leave uncovered in the fridge overnight if you can.

Wipe salt & any moisture off with paper towel and rub olive oil
on skin. Then give the skin another sprinkle of salt

Pre heat air fryer on 220°C for 5 minutes.

Cook pork for 30 minutes on 220°C and then turn down air fryer
to 170°C and cook for a further 30 minutes.

6

Rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
