 125 g cream cheese
 2 tbsp erythritol sweetener
 4 tbsp collagen protein peptides
 ¼ cup shredded coconut
 1 tbsp cacao powder

Blitz together all ingredients except the cacao.

Chill mixture in freezer for 15 minutes.
