Air Fryer Chicken Wings

 500 g chicken wings
 2 tbsp olive oilSalt and pepper
 ¾ cup coconut aminos
 ¼ cup white rice vinegar
 1 clove garlic (minced)
 1 ½ tsp sesame seed oil
 ½ tsp ground ginger
 2 tsp arrowroot flour
 2 fresh jalapeno or chilli’s

1. Pre-heat air fryer to 200C

2. Pat dry the wings. Coat in olive oil, salt and pepper.

3. Cook the wings for 25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.

4. Cook for the final five minutes on max heat.

5. Add all sauce ingredients except the arrowroot flour to saucepan and heat on medium heat.

6. Once mixture is hot stir in the arrowroot flour dissolved in some water. Whisk until the sauce thickens (may need stick blender for this).

7. Pour sauce over the wings and garnish with spicy jalapenos.
