 500 g beef mince
 140 g tomato paste
 1 tbsp olive oilBuy Now
 1 diced onion
 1 tsp minced garlic
 1 tbsp ground coriander
 1 tbsp ground cumin seeds
 2 tsp ground oregano
 2 tsp paprika
 ½ tsp dried chilli flakes (optional)
 Salt and pepper to taste
 4 iceberg lettuce cups

Heat olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat, add onion and garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until onion is tender.

Turn heat down to low, add the spices and cook for 1 minute to release the fragrances.

Remove mix from the pan, then increase the heat to brown the mince. Depending on the size of your pan, you may need to do this in batches.

Once browned, add in the spiced onion mixture and stir to combine.

Reduce heat to medium, add the tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.

Fill lettuce cup with mince to serve.
