Kebab
 300 g diced lamb
 2 tbsp olive oilBuy Now
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 2 tbsp dried oregano
 ¼ red capsicum sliced in chunks
 ½ zucchini sliced in thick chunks
 ½ red onion sliced in thick chunks
Coleslaw
 ½ cup purple cabbage
 2 celery sticks
 2 baby carrots
 ¼ sliced red onion
 10 sliced jalapenos
 2 sliced dill cucumbers
Coleslaw Dressing
 2 tsp apple cider vinegarBuy Now
 Pepper to taste

Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and salt in a bowl. Mix in lamb and marinade for 4 hours for tenderisation.

Prepare the coleslaw by grating the carrot and cabbage in a bowl. Mix in sliced dill cucumbers, red onion, jalapenos and celery. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl, then stir through coleslaw.

Assemble kebabs by threading 4 cubes of lamb per skewer, alternating the sliced vegetables between the lamb cubes. Barbeque or panfry kebabs for around 10 minutes until cooked. Serve kebabs on a bed of coleslaw and add crumbed fetta on top for serving.
