 1.25 cups natural Greek yogurt
 1 tbsp pistachio nuts
 ¼ cup blueberries
 1 tbsp natvia
 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Mix Greek yogurt with sweetener.

Line a small tray with baking paper, spoon over yogurt evenly with a knife.

Sprinkle blueberries, nuts and coconut on top.

Freeze for an hour or until set.

Break bark into shards with a knife, serve immediately or keep frozen in freezer bags.
