Mix dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.

Add the eggs and mix well to combine.

Add boiling water and mix until dough forms.

Roll into 8 balls and add to a lined baking tray.

Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until cooked through.

Make a cross on top with melted dark chocolate.
