Low Carb Smoked Salmon Pasta

 1 packet Slendier bean pasta
 250 g smoked salmon slices, chopped
 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 1 bunch asparagus spears, chopped
 1 zucchini, chopped
 4 spring onions, chopped
 300 ml pure cream
 2 cloves minced garlic
 100 g basil pesto
 100 g capers

In a large fry pan heat olive oil. Then fry the garlic, onions,
asparagus, zucchini, & capers for 5 minutes stirring frequently.

Mis through the salmon, cream, & pesto.

Simmer for 10-15 minutes on low to medium heat.

Cook pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes and then drain.

Mix cooked pasta through the salmon sauce.

Serve with chopped dill and parmesan cheese on top.

Add pepper to taste.
