 2 eggs, whisked
 150 g cream cheese

Mix together ingredients until combined.

With your hands, roll mixture into patty shapes the size of your palm.

Cook patties in a fry pan on medium heat for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Keep in a warm oven on 100°C prior to serving.
