In this plan we have really focused on simplicity and repetition – therefore this plan is designed as a short term tool that you could revisit from time to time.

The plan includes, smoothies, salads and warmer dishes typically as the dinner meal. We have also strategically placed 2x intermittent fasts in the plan to give you an experience with fasting (if new to it) or to help you supercharge the results from this plan over the 7 day period.
