Cheese Top Pie

Filling
 ½ onion, diced
 1 garlic clove. minces
 2 tbsp butter
 1 kg beef mince
 1 tbsp oregano, finely chopped
 4 tbsp tomato paste
 2 tbsp red pesto
 ½ cup water
Crust
 ¾ cup almond meal
 4 tbsp coconut flour
 1 tbsp psyllium husks
 1 tsp baking poweder
 3 tbsp olive oil
 1 egg
 4 tbsp water
Cheese topping
 125 mg cottage cheese
 100 mg grated tasty cheese

Preheat oven to 180˚C

Fry onion and garlic in butter until onion is cooked through.

Add in mince and brown.

Add oregano, salt, pepper, tomato paste, pesto and water. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Mix the crust ingredients in a food processor so it forms s dough.

Spread dough on the base and sides of a non-stick pie dish, prick the base several times with a fork.

Bake crust for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and add mince mixture.

Combine cottage cheese and grates cheese and layer on top of the mince. 9. Bake for 30-40 minutes until pie is golden.
