 1 cup almond meal Buy Now
 100 g nut butter Buy Now
 100 g coconut oil Buy Now
 ½ cup desiccated coconut

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, then transfer to a large mixing bowl and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

Once cooled, shape the mixture into bite-size balls and roll in a desired coating (flaked almonds, shredded coconut, finely chopped nuts, cacao powder).

Return to the refrigerator or freezer until you are ready to serve.
