If you haven't already tasted a good cauliflower mash recipe, then now's the time to try. Unlike traditional mashed potato, cauli mash is Low in Carb & high in nutrients.

 1 head cauliflower (approx. 800g), cut into florets
 50 ml pure cream
 50 g butter
 50 g grated cheese
 sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Steam or boil the cauliflower until tender, about 8-10 minutes.

Strain the cauliflower to remove any excess water, then blend all ingredients with a stick blender until smooth and creamy.

Season to taste and serve.
