2 cloves crushed garlic
4 finely chopped spring onions
200 g sliced black pitted olives
1 cup chopped green beans
1 lemon using ground zest and its juice
3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
500 g white fish e.g. Gummy Shark
1 tsp pepper
1Preheat oven 170 degrees c.
2Mix all ingredients together in the baking dish.
