In a large frying pan, saute beef strips and onion in half the butter until just sealed.
Add in the paprika, mustard, tomato paste, lemon juice, salt & pepper and 100ml water.
Stir through mushrooms, and reduce heat to a simmer for 30 minutes.
Once meat is tender, stir in the sour cream and warm through.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese.
To make cabbage, fry it in a hot pan with butter until soft. Season with salt & pepper.
Serve beef stroganoff on a bed of sauteed cabbage and garnish with the parsley.
