 1 kg chicken necks
 1.50 kg chicken wings
 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar Buy Now
 3 brown onions
 10 cloves of garlic
 2 carrots
 3 sticks celery (with leaves)
 4 bay leaves
 ¼ cup parsley
 4 sprigs of thyme
 1 tbsp peppercorns
 1 tbsp fresh ginger
 8 l water

Add all ingredients to a 10 L stock pot and bring to a slight boil.

Turn the heat right down low and simmer for 6-8 hours.

Skim any impurities from the top and strain the soup.

Consume fresh or freeze (but only 3/4 fill containers as it will expand when frozen).
