 ¾ cup milk
 ¾ cup cream
 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped out
 1 tbsp stevia powderBuy Now

Add the milk, cream, vanilla bean, and vanilla bean seeds to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil slowly on a low heat.

Take off the heat and leave to cool for 20 minutes.

One cooled, take out the vanilla bean and discard.

Put back on a medium heat and stir in the stevia until dissolved.

Remove from heat again.

In a heat proof jug, add the boiling water and sprinkle over the gelatin, stirring with a fork until the gelatin dissolves and allow to cool slightly.

Once gelatin has cooled, mix into the creamy vanilla mixture.

Divide into ramekins/pots/glasses and allow to set in the fridge.
