Preheat oven to 160°C.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.

To get a nice thin crispy cracker, lay the cracker mixture on a sheet of baking paper, covering with a second sheet of baking paper, and press down to thin layer, or roll out with a rolling pin.

Keeping the mixture on the sheet of baking paper and transfer to a baking tray.

Bake for 40 minutes or until crispy.
