Slow Cooked Pepper Pork Curry

 1.20 kg diced pork shoulder
 1 red onion, sliced
 2 tsp crushed garlic
 4 tsp crushed ginger
 4 tsp black cracked pepper
 1 tsp cinnamonBuy Now

 ½ tsp ground fenugreek
 ½ tsp ground cardamom
 1 cup chicken broth powder Buy Now
 400 g diced tomato
 1 cup Greek yogurt
 200 g spinach leaves
  chopped coriander
 2 tsp salt Buy Now

Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker except for spinach and yogurt. Cook on low heat for 6 hours.


With 10 minutes to go, stir ingredients and turn slow cooker up to high, then add spinach and Greek yogurt.


Serve with additional topped coriander, shaved almonds, & Greek yogurt on cauliflower rice.
