Preheat oven to 180°C.

Grate sweet potato and onion.

Blitz nuts in a food processor.

Then mix all the ingredients together and roll into ball shapes using your hands.

Place balls on an oven tray, lined with baking paper.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and serve warm.
