Preheat oven to 180°C.
Melt mozzarella and parmesan in the microwave for 45 seconds.
Stir in almond meal, egg, cream cheese, vinegar and salt until a dough forms.
Roll mixture between two sheets of baking paper.
Mix all the sausage ingredients together and add in a roll shape at the edge of the rolled pastry.
Roll into a sausage roll shape and cut in to approximately 2inch size rolls.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
