Kale Slaw

Our kale slaw is fresh and tasty. It is the perfect accompaniment to our pulled pork and our lamb kebab recipes! You can pair it with our sesame dressing.

 3 cups chopped kale
 1 grated cucumber
 ½ sliced purple cabbage
 2 grated carrots
 1 sliced apple
 1 cup chopped coriander
 1 grated zucchini

Wash and rinse each item.
