 600 g cauliflower, roughly chopped
 2 tbsp coconut oilBuy Now
 30 ml water
 Salt & Pepper to taste

Chop cauliflower into pieces and place into thermo mixer, turn to speed 5 for 10 seconds.

Set timer to 10 minutes, turning varoma temp to 110, speed 1, add water and coconut oil (salt and pepper).

Once it has timed out, turn speed to 5 for 10 seconds

Boil pot of water and add steamer tray on-top, then place cauliflower pieces into steamer for 10minutes

Let cool for 1-2 minutes then add to food processor along with water, coconut oil, salt and pepper. Process until smooth.
