 1 cup full fat, unsweetened Greek or natural yoghurt
 ½ cucumber, diced
 ½ tsp ground cumin
 ½ tsp sea salt
 ½ tsp minced garlic

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl, then season to taste.
