Chicken Alfredo

 2 tbsp olive oilBuy Now
 500 g chicken breast, sliced
 1 tsp garlic salt
 1 tsp dried oregano
 1 tsp dried basil
 1 tsp dried thyme
 300 ml cream
 120 g baby spinach
 100 g sundried tomatoes, halved
 1 tsp chicken broth concentrateBuy Now
 2 tbsp parmesan cheese (extra to serve)
 Pepper to taste

Coat chicken in the olive oil, garlic salt, oregano, basil, thyme and pepper.

Cook chicken in a pan on a high heat until cooked through.

Turn down heat and add cream, spinach, sundried tomatoes, chicken broth concentrate, and parmesan. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until cream thickens.

Great served with cauliflower mash or a side of broccolini or bok choy.
