 1 whole cauliflower
 whole broccoli
 500 ml cream
 1 cup grated cheese
 2 tbsp minced garlic
 Pepper to taste

Pre-heat oven to 160°C.

Cut cauliflower and broccoli into florets and add to a baking dish.

Bake dry for 15 minutes.

Mix cream, cheese, garlic and pepper together.

Pour mix over the cauliflower and broccoli and sprinkle extra cheese on top.

Bake for another 20-25 minutes or until golden.
