Cheese Burger Steak Roll Ups

 6 sizzle steaks
 3 whole gherkins, sliced
 6 tsp Dijon mustard
 ½ onion, thinly sliced
 2 rashers streaky bacon, diced
 6 slices of cheese

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Spread each sizzle steak with a teaspoon of the mustard.

Divide remaining sliced ingredients amongst the steaks.

Roll the steak up.

Add steak rolls to a baking tray.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.
