 1 large onion
 6 cloves garlic
 2 tbsp olive oilBuy Now

 300 ml cream
 ½ cup grated cheese

Add onion and olive oil to a large soup pot and cook until onion softens.

Cut cauliflower to smaller pieces.

Add all other ingredients, bring to boil, then turn down and simmer for about half an hour until cauliflower is softened.

Blitz to a smooth consistency once cooled slightly and add cream and cheese towards the end.

Serve with cracked pepper and chopped chives.
