Mix coconut, coconut oil, coconut cream, and erythritol in a mixing bowl until combined.
Press mixture firmly into the base of a slice dish.
Put in the freezer to set.
Melt chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave.
Cut the coconut into slices and dip into the chocolate.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper and set in the fridge.
