Avocado chips are creamy and crunchy at the same time. Can work as an appertizer when entertaining or a low carb party friendly snack.

 2 tbsp coconut flourBuy Now

 1 firm avocado
 ¾ cup almond mealBuy Now

Set up a dipping station with the egg in one bowl, coconut flour in another bowl, then mix the almond flour with the turmeric, garlic salt and pepper and add to a third bowl.

Cut the avocado in chip like slices.

Dip avocado chips in coconut flour, then the egg and finish by covering chip in the almond meal mix.

Lay chips on a tray, lined with baking paper.

Drizzle with olive oil and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
