Easy Sprout Side Dish

 10 brussel sprouts, halved
 ½ cabbage, shredded
 2 rashers bacon, chopped
 2 tbsp butter
 Salt and Pepper to taste

Steam the vegetables for 10 minutes.

Heat fry pan and melt butter until caramelised (you will see and smell the texture change).

Add chopped bacon and cook for 2 minutes until crispy.

Add vegetables and stir through for another 3 minutes.

Add salt and pepper and serve warm.
