LOG YOUR DIETARY INTAKE FOR A MINIMUM OF 1 WEEK AND HAVE OUR TEAM PROVIDE YOU WITH A NUTRITION ANALYSIS & REPORT
If you are wanting to make changes to your nutrition and would like to find out how you could make those dietary improvements yourself then tracking your food and drink intake for a period of 1 week using the Easy Diet Diary APP will give our qualified Dietitians insight into your current nutrition intake and eating habits.
Once committing to this nutrition report product we will email you details of how to download the APP and get started.
Once you get started logging your nutrition and drinks intake into the APP we ideally would like your data after 1 week so we can get going on your report.
A member of our team will be in tough to make sure you have been able to get access into the APP and are sure of how to send your data back to us via email.
Once we receive your nutrition data our Dietitian will commence preparing your nutrition analysis and report giving you specific suggestions for you to start working on.
Perhaps your goals are to improve the quality of your nutrition and want to make sure your consuming enough fibre, protein, omegas and minerals? Or perhaps you just want to focus on weight loss and want to see if your macro balance is right.
There are lots of helpful insights we can provide you in a nutrition and dietary report such as:
- Macronutrient suggestions (to get your carbs, proteins and fats in balance)
- Vitamin and mineral intake levels (so you can see if the quality of your diet is tracking well)
- Protein intake insights
- Calorie insights
