14 DAY MEAL PLAN WITH INTERMITTING FASTING
Our RESET nutrition plan is based on anti-inflammatory eating and restricted daily carbohydrate principles ensuring the inclusion of adequate protein and healthy fats for energy production and fat loss.
This program is not suited for weight gain; however, weight management targets may be achieved through the guidelines in this program.
Food swap-outs to cater for individual preferences will be suggested in your downloadable resources and you can always ask questions direct to the program coach in our online group.
There are scheduled intermittent fasts with timeframes outlined in each of the two weeks of this program suitable for both beginners and more experienced participants. It is highly desirable that the fasts are followed as per recommended in the program.

- Vegetable variety
- Minimal fruits
- Seeds & nuts
- Variety of animal proteins
- Healthy fats for meal prep and cooking
- Minimal dairy, dairy free options
- Range of liquids: coconut water, coconut milk, milk, unsweetened almond milk, bone broth
- Reduced carb sauces
- Minimal pre-packaged foods (some suggestions for quick alternatives)
- Supplement suggestions like collagen and protein powder, electrolytes
- Salt, pepper, herbs, and spices
- Limited tea, coffee
- Ample water requirements
- No alcohol

Participants of this RESET program will receive access to a range of exercise videos that they can select according to capability and areas in which they wish to improve fitness and strength in, it is highly encouraged to try these bonus inclusions.
NUTRITION COACHING SUPPORT
Throughout this program you will receive an option to check in individually with Nutrition & Health Coach Sarah. We will provide you with an online booking link where you can schedule a call in with Sarah and have until the 15th of August to do so. Further coaching support is provided with email reminders, Facebook group updates.
RESULTS TO EXPECT
Whilst for many they will feel GREAT and potentially experience some fast tracked fat loss results, for others this may be the foundation needed to start shifting inflammation and toxins out of the body and this requires the body to experience an uncomfortable detoxification phase.
