MEAL PLAN & INTERMITTING FASTING
This RESET plan is based on anti-inflammatory eating and reduced carb principals ensuring the inclusion of adequate protein and healthy fats for energy production and fat loss. If you are wishing to do this program to maintain weight or gain weight our portion guides contained in the resource, you will receive will provide you with steps to achieve this. Each week there is an ‘intermittent fast of 18 hours’ and those new to this will be provided with the education in preparation for each of the fasts. Of course, fasts can be optional.
Food swap-outs to cater for individual preferences will be suggested in your downloadable resources and you can always ask questions direct to the program coach.
Foods/ drinks in this plan includes:
- Vegetable variety
- Minimal fruits
- Seeds & nuts
- Variety of animal proteins
- Healthy fats for meal prep and cooking
- Minimal dairy, dairy free options
- Range of liquids: coconut water, coconut milk, milk, unsweetened almond milk, bone broth
- Reduced carb sauces
- Minimal pre-packaged foods (some suggestions for quick alternatives
- Supplement suggestions like collagen and protein powder
- Salt, pepper, herbs and spices
- Limited tea, coffee
- Ample water requirements
- No alcohol
This is a 14-day nutrition plan based on lower carb, higher protein and moderate fat intake including the inclusion of intermittent fasting. This meal plan is an anti-inflammatory plan with nutrient dense and restricted carb intake to support a cell-health reset along with supporting participants to tap into fat burning mode.

RESULTS TO EXPECT
