This is an online program run through our specific program FACEBOOK GROUP with updates and relevant information sent to your registered email address.

If already in the group due to being a past participant, you will remain in the group.
After you register keep an eye on your emails as the nutrition and exercise guide will be sent you to by Monday the 25th of October along with other updates and tips sent to your inbox during the duration of this program.
14 DAY NUTRITION PLAN
You may have guessed it – but our nutrition plans are focused on lower carbohydrate intake with an inclusion of proteins both plant-based and animal proteins and a wide range of healthy fats. Another way of describing the nutrition plan is ‘anti-inflammatory’
We promise in our nutrition plan, variety, new recipes, easy ideas, gut healthy meals, energy boosting foods and a structure straight forward to follow in combination with a helpful strategy known as intermittent fasting.
HOME WORKOUTS & OTHER EXERCISE
YEP!! Exciting. Participants will have 4 home workout options provided to them in video instruction and written plan format uploaded to the Facebook group to follow over the 14-day program. The home workouts will focus on flexibility, balance, core strength, arm strength, leg strength and cardio. The options will give you lots of ideas to continue with post-program too. In conjunction with this, the program will map out other forms of exercise to complete over the 14 days. We encourage you to do the home workouts in addition to usual exercise plan for the period of this program.

- Chair or locate yourself near a wall
